Manure, also known as barnyard manure or stable manure, is a fertilizer primarily composed of livestock dung and urine, mixed with bedding materials and leftover feed, and then piled up and fermented by microorganisms. It has multiple functions: providing plant nutrients, improving the effectiveness of soil nutrients, improving soil structure, enriching soil fertility, and enhancing soil's water and nutrient retention capabilities. Manure is an important organic fertilizer widely used in agriculture.
This machine utilizes the tractor's rear power output to drive the conveyor chain inside the carriage, automatically conveying the fertilizer backward. Then, through a high-speed rotating crushing wheel and even spreading, the fertilizer is evenly spread back to the field. This achieves large-scale unified operation, reduces labor intensity, improves fertilization efficiency, and improves soil structure.
This model fertilizer spreader is designed to be tractor-drawn, with the tractor's rear output shaft driving the spreading operation, and the tractor's output hydraulic system driving the feeding system.
The whole machine adopts a semi-axle dual-tire walking mode, with a total of four tires, resulting in a smaller ground pressure.
The main frame is welded from alloy steel and wear-resistant steel plates, making it sturdy and durable.
The feeding system uses dual hydraulic motors and gearboxes on both sides to drive a high-strength mining circular chain double-chain conveying structure. The fertilizer feeding system is powerful, structurally stable, with adjustable and stable feeding speed, resulting in good uniform spreading of the fertilizer.
The spreading spiral shaft adopts a movable curved arc-shaped crushing blade design, with excellent performance in crushing block-shaped fertilizers. The crushing blades are made of wear-resistant steel plates that have undergone heat treatment, making them hard and wear-resistant, and extending their service life. Worn-out parts can be easily replaced.
