The 3W-12000Q misting machine is designed for use with tractors of 30 horsepower or more. It utilizes a PTO drive shaft to simultaneously power the spray pump and spray fan. The simple mechanical transmission allows for easy, independent operation by the driver. During machine operation, the combination of a medium-pressure fan and a high-pressure pump creates a uniform atomization of the liquid, resulting in extremely fine droplets. The high-volume, gentle airflow ensures rapid adhesion of the liquid to the front and back of leaves and branches, both inner and outer layers. This results in water and pesticide savings of 20%-55%. The machine's spray pattern is fan-shaped, creating a 240-270-degree spray effect under high-pressure airflow. This broadens the spray coverage, ensuring no dead zones in the orchard. The operational efficiency is more than 20 times that of ordinary spraying equipment. A high-volume, low-pressure fan creates a gentle, penetrating mist that does not damage the fruit. The high-strength PE fan blades are durable, safe, and resistant to breakage. All load-bearing frames are made of 2.5mm or thicker, new, integral profiles from large steel mills. The frame and fan are treated with shot blasting and powder coating for corrosion protection.
